Project Review: Progress and Barriers Analysis of CLTS Under the Water for Lakes Project

This independent review, funded by the Dutch Government, aimed to assess the status of CLTS in targeted payams and propose potential improvements for sanitation promotion. A descriptive cross-sectional method was applied, relying solely on qualitative data collection methods. Data was collected from four Payams—Matengai, Amongpiny, and Cueibet—through FGDs, structured observations, in-depth interviews with household heads, Key Informant Interviews, and a plenary workshop session with CSO Hygiene Promotion Trainers.
