Dev-com Consult was engaged to support the CBM South Sudan Country Office in crafting its five-year strategic and operational plan for 2022 – 2027. The plan aligns with CBM’s global strategy, Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID) Plan, Inclusive Eye Health Strategy, Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) strategy, and adheres to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The objective is to position CBM South Sudan as a relevant Disability-Inclusive Development (DID) and humanitarian aid agency, contributing to national outcomes that enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.

The development process involved a country situational assessment and engagement with stakeholders at the National, State, and County levels, including CBM partners, beneficiaries, and Disabled Persons Organizations.
